Welcome to the Landell website!
Founded in 1990, Landell assisted over 25,000 people along their career path. These quality programs were funded in whole or part through the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Development Agreement, so there was no charge to the participants.
We reinforce the philosophy that "Career Development is the lifelong process of managing your learning (formal and informal) and work (paid and unpaid)."
The Canadian Career Development Foundation
As one SJS participant said, "I feel enlightened and empowered. My attitude has completely changed. I now feel I have the tools required to be in charge of my job search." Similarly, a CPP client observed, "I have been given the roadmap and now it's up to me to navigate it."
"A community's prosperity is the sum of the prosperity of each and every citizen. When a person can't find or loses a job, the negative effects ripple through the community, as when a stone is thrown into a pond. The corollary also holds. When one person gains employment, the positive effects ripple through the entire community. When many people secure good jobs, increased prosperity is shared by all."

It has been our goal to help as many people find career direction and work as possible.
Please note that both Landell sites (Burnaby / Vancouver area office and Cloverdale area office) closed their doors on March 31, 2012 due to coming to the end of government funded agreements. We are grateful to the federal and provincial governments for the privilege of delivering government-funded programs for close to 22 years to over 25,000 job seekers. On behalf of past and present staff members, THANK YOU. We are pleased to announce that all regular staff have found positions with an outstanding organization.
