Through the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) explore personality, learning, communication, leadership, decision making and stress management preferences

Research up to date labour market trends and information

Participate in professionally facilitated one to one and group sessions

Develop an individualized action plan

Eligibility for The Career Planning Program

The program is for individuals who are unemployed, age 19 or over and legally entitled to work in Canada with a grade 10 level of spoken and written English.
