Having heard you all three remind me - repeatedly, thank god - to network and call everybody I knew, I began dialling the phone to see what was happening in the lives of those I already had relationships with…I was reminded that my finger dialling the phone was the most powerful muscle in my body!

Your course got me out of my home office where I was feeling lost, lonely, and sorry for myself. You helped me reach out into the world, reassess my talents and aptitudes so I could change course. From there the universe took over and dropped me into a great opportunity. Thanks for being there, caring, and helping me and everybody else who needs it.

Landell Strategic Job Search (SJS) Program

• I find that the skills I learned at Landell are timeless and I use them even though I am now working. When I apply for an internal posting, the interview can be just as demanding or worse (multi-panel, in-depth scenarios) than the original interview. I always grin a little in the inside, because I can feel the flow of the interviews, understand the "why" behind the actual question, and I always come prepared…Landell gave me a finely honed edge that I deeply and sincerely appreciate.
• 10+! The setting was great. Group support / confidence building was critical in getting me motivated.
• I think it is an excellent program, the group atmosphere is positive, the facilitators are well informed and supportive.

• The Facilitators provided great explanations of the steps for the hiring process and demonstrated how each of us could succeed at meeting employers' expectations at every step.

Personality Dimensions Workshop

What I liked best:

• Learning about myself and others, the differences in people and how to recognize these differences.
• What I thought was a weakness is actually a skill and positive attribute and I learned why I behave the way I do sometimes.
• I learned how to cooperate with team members better.
• I've found out more about myself, my strengths and my weaknesses. This will give me opportunities to improve myself which will help my future job search.
• I learned a lot today about why people react and do things differently, this would definitely help one understand them better and lessen the communications barriers. This is very helpful at work.
