The purpose of Landell and Associates Consulting is to:

Landell utilizes
a client and goal oriented philosophy toward assisting clients
with managing their career development. We hire staff who
are client-centered in keeping with the Azrin model of giving
constant positive reinforcement and support. This is to assist
participants in realizing eventual self-sufficiency, employment
and career awareness and satisfaction. It is the goal of Mary
Landell that staff and clients realize their full potential.

funding source, contractual commitments, clients, employers
and the community. Strict financial responsibility is demonstrated
in sound record keeping systems, budget management, staying
cost-effective while delivering quality service and ensuring
that staff and clients have the tools they need to be effective.
