Our Mission

The purpose of Landell and Associates Consulting is to:

  • Facilitate people in their career development and personal growth.
  • Identify and respond to community employment needs.
  • Help promote a fair economic climate where work is available for job seekers.

Landell utilizes a client and goal oriented philosophy toward assisting clients with managing their career development. We hire staff who are client-centered in keeping with the Azrin model of giving constant positive reinforcement and support. This is to assist participants in realizing eventual self-sufficiency, employment and career awareness and satisfaction. It is the goal of Mary Landell that staff and clients realize their full potential.

Policies and procedures insist on high ethical standards and accountability to the funding source, contractual commitments, clients, employers and the community. Strict financial responsibility is demonstrated in sound record keeping systems, budget management, staying cost-effective while delivering quality service and ensuring that staff and clients have the tools they need to be effective.
